In collaboration with Gooseberry Catering, we invited 25 of our favourite Bside members and industry guests to join us for an intimate dinner and discuss sustainable seafood as part of Sustainable Table's Give A Fork! campaign - so were born the Bsessions.
We shared facts around sourcing and traceability. Sarah Wilson shared her passion for sustainable food and the effort she makes to integrate this into her work, and the Marine Stewardship Council shed light on the current state of the industry. Tim Silverwood, Liane Rossler, Darren Robertson, Magdalena Roze & Sophie Hart are a handful of guests in attendance.
